Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set or partial set of accounts, depending on assigned responsibilities.
• Prepare and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, schedules, and management accounts.
• Issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
• Process supplier payments and follow up on customer collections.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant government authorities.
• Prepare statutory submissions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and fixed asset management where applicable.
• Support year-end audit and tax filing processes.
• Perform any other accounting or finance-related duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and Malaysian financial regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software (e.g. SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
