Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions. The role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all team members. The HR Manager will administer compensation and benefits, support performance management and appraisal cycles, and develop HR policies aligned with company values and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve handling employee relations, supporting learning and development initiatives, maintaining accurate HR documentation, and collaborating with management to support workforce planning and organizational development. The HR Manager will work closely with leaders across the organization to foster a fair, inclusive, and compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong HR generalist skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Experience with HR policies, employment law compliance, and HR documentation in the Singapore context.
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with the ability to manage HR data and generate reports.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Experience in developing and implementing training, learning, and development programs is beneficial.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
