Job Responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects from prototype build to mass production.
• Set up and improve manufacturing processes.
• Study process parameters and find the best settings.
• Check and reduce process risks and technical issues.
• Test and qualify new materials.
• Troubleshoot problems and perform root cause analysis.
• Plan and support prototype/sample builds.
• Improve yield, quality, reliability, and productivity.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Work closely with R&D, Quality, Equipment, and Production teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor assembly / process engineering / NPI.
• Must have hands-on experience in: Die Attach / Die Bonding / Wire Bonding / Wafer Dicing / Backgrind / Backgrind exposure
• Experience with process development and optimization.
• Good troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Able to manage NPI projects and timelines.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and technical reporting skills.
• Proactive and willing to take ownership of projects.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
