Daily responsibilities include managing HR records and systems, coordinating training and development programs, handling benefits administration, and supporting managers with people-related issues. The Human Resources Manager will also partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, drive engagement initiatives, and support change management as the organization grows.

  • Prior experience in an HR Manager or senior HR generalist role, preferably within technical, engineering, or professional services sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle confidential information responsibly, and support organizational change initiatives.
