Job Summary

You will collaborate with team members to complete work assignments efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will communicate professionally with supervisors, colleagues, and customers, support shift leads in task completion, and adhere strictly to safety and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently with team members to meet operational goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and comply with regulatory standards
• Respond promptly and appropriately to supervisor instructions and duty phone calls to support workflow
• Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers to facilitate smooth operations
• Assist shift leads and supervisors in completing punch-list items to achieve operational objectives
• Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to ensure personal and team safety
• Present a professional appearance and conduct to uphold company standards
• Follow all customer and SBM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and protocols consistently to maintain quality
• Report maintenance issues promptly to enable timely repairs and minimize downtime
• Perform shut-down cleaning tasks as required to maintain hygiene standards
• Accurately complete daily cleaning logs to document cleaning activities and compliance
• Complete all basic training modules and annual qualification trainings according to customer SOPs to maintain competency
• Obtain and maintain all required safety certifications, including chemical safety training, to ensure compliance and safety

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Understand and communicate effectively in English to comply with GMP training and assessment requirements
• Maintain physical fitness to perform duties safely while wearing full PPE
