SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Scope

Responsible for managing customer enquiries, converting leads into sales, and building strong customer relationships to achieve the company’s monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Follow up with new, existing, and potential customers consistently.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, designs, and packages.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate orders with the design and production teams.
• Convert incoming leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat orders.
• Keep customer and sales records updated accurately.
• Monitor hot, warm, pending, and follow-up leads.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the ordering process.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and sales conversion.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Confident in communicating with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Sales-driven, proactive, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Able to follow up with customers consistently and handle objections professionally.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Experience in sales, customer service, apparel, printing, or custom merchandise is an advantage.
