Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and implement mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lifting equipment, etc.) for construction projects.

• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and compliance documents in line with Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) standards.

• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimation, and risk assessments for mechanical works.

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems on-site.

• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and environmental sustainability standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during project execution.

• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and support tender submissions.
  

  Qualifications & Requirements

  Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (accredited by recognized institutions).

  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification in Singapore is an advantage.

  Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or building services projects.

  • Proven track record in mechanical system design, installation, and project management.

  Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or other mechanical design software.

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Codes of Practice (SS CP), BCA, and WSH regulations.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

  Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
