SECURITY OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – JOHOR BAHRU

Location: Tebrau, Johor Bahru
Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Security Operations Executive to oversee and support our security operations in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective delivery of security services across assigned sites, conducting regular site visits, maintaining service standards, coordinating security personnel, resolving operational issues and maintaining professional relationships with clients.

KEY RESPONSONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned security sites.
• Conduct regular scheduled and ad-hoc site visits.
• Monitor security personnel deployment, attendance, discipline, grooming and performance.
• Ensure security personnel comply with site instructions, SOPs and client requirements.
• Liaise with clients, site supervisors and security personnel on operational matters.
• Attend to operational emergencies, incidents and urgent site requirements when necessary.
• Assist in resolving manpower shortages, absenteeism and deployment issues.
• Conduct initial site assessments and site visits for new assignments when required.
• Assist with mobilisation and commencement of new security assignments.
• Monitor supervisors and security personnel to ensure required service standards are maintained.
• Ensure incidents and significant operational matters are properly documented and escalated.
• Prepare and submit operational reports and site visit reports to management.
• Coordinate operational requirements with the Company’s headquarters.
• Assist in employee interviews, deployment and operational orientation where required.
• Maintain good working relationships with existing clients.
• Identify operational risks and recommend appropriate corrective or preventive measures.
• Support management in continuously improving security operations and service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in security operations, site management, security supervision or manpower management.
• Candidates with experience as Security Operations Executive, Site Executive, Senior Security Supervisor, Operations Executive, Assistant Operations Manager or similar positions are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of security manpower operations and site requirements.
• Experience managing security personnel across one or more sites.
• Good communication and client-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Able to respond appropriately during incidents and operational emergencies.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple operational requirements.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to prepare professional operational reports and documentation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
