Your role

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Edwards products.
• Provide on-site technical support ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve or escalate equipment issues promptly.
• Follow safety, health, quality, and company procedures.
• Prepare service reports and give accurate feedback.
• Manage service notifications, work orders, and documentation.
• Participate in on-call support and respond to emergencies.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Comply with customer site rules and company policies.
• Complete administrative tasks, training, and duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical or related field.
• Preferred experience in field service or customer technical support.

Job location

Option 1: On-Site
