Responsibilities :

• Coordinating and managing all aspects of projects from planning to completion
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and general workers to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Preparing and presenting progress reports, project schedules, and budgets to management
• Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Providing support and guidance to the production team

Skills & Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar project management role
• Project planning, and cost management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
