Working Hours & Location

• Mondays to Fridays
• 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM
• Convenient company transport provided (Pick-up from Lakeside MRT and drop-off at Boon Lay MRT)

Job Responsibilities

• Process and monitor sales orders, working closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment
• Coordinate with factories to follow up on order status, deliveries, and payment matters
• Prepare and process payment requests and non-trade invoice billings
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone to ensure smooth and effective communication
• Prepare and maintain shipping and import/export documentation
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification with at least 1 year of order processing experience
• Cheerful, proactive, and positive with a strong team-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and trustworthy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling work-related matters
