全职 Production Supervisor 工作, 薪水 up to MYR 3,500, Team Printers Pulau Pinang 公司招聘中 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and monitor, daily shift schedules to meet production goals, including setting targets for each phase.
• To liaise with certain respective departments such as QA/QC, FGS, Planner etc
• Supervise, train, and mentor production workers, including conducting performance evaluations and managing discipline.
• Enforce safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify areas for process improvement, such as cost reductions, and troubleshoot machinery malfunctions.
• Document, analyse, and report production data to management regarding progress, performance, and issues.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Engineering or others related field or at least 3 years working experience in Manufacturing industry
• Understanding of production procedures, machine operations, and quality control principles. Candidate with Printing & Packaging industries is advantage
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
