We are seeking an experienced ICT Operations Support Manager to oversee the operational management of related ICT services. The role will drive service continuity, vendor coordination, operational governance, funding management, and service improvement initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ICT operations, service requests, subscriptions, billing, funding, asset tracking, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate with service providers, finance, procurement, and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support TSM (Technical Service Manager) operations, resource planning, risk mitigation, and transition activities.
• Maintain SOPs, governance documentation, operational dashboards, and action trackers.
• Identify and drive process improvements, security controls, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in ICT operations, service delivery, vendor management, or managed services environments.
• Experience working with WOG shared services, or large enterprise ICT environments.
• Strong understanding of IT service management, asset lifecycle management, billing, subscriptions, and operational governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
