Brief Summary:
This role involves planning and managing innovative projects that leverage advanced technologies to enhance construction processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming the landscape of construction through digitalization.

Responsibilities:
Oversee project teams and drive development initiatives.

Provide support to on-site teams for the implementation of advanced technologies.

Research and identify emerging technologies to foster innovation in construction.

Plan, test, and implement digital solutions in real-world construction projects.

Assist in grant applications and funding proposals.

Document project outcomes and extract key learnings.

Requirements:
Relevant educational background in project coordination, construction technology, digitalization, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in project management and technology integration within construction environments.

Proficient in BIM software and associated technologies.

Basic knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.

Familiarity with software development or training related to BIM is preferred.

Understanding of 3D scanning and point cloud technology.

Basic programming or scripting knowledge is an advantage.
