We are seeking a Talent Operations Specialist. In this role, you will manage extended workforce programs by advising stakeholders, resolving complex operational issues, and ensuring vendor compliance. You’ll collaborate with managed service providers, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline processes, strengthen governance, and support regional initiatives. Acting as the operational anchor, you will oversee program administration, documentation, and reporting, while leveraging AI and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to managers and internal stakeholders on policies, processes, and operational practices related to the extended workforce.
- Independently handle complex operational issues, determining when escalation or broader stakeholder alignment is necessary.
- Partner with managed service providers to resolve challenges, enhance service delivery, and ensure supplier compliance.
- Oversee program administration and controls, including vendor due diligence, documentation, and maintenance of internal knowledge resources.
- Develop clear and engaging communications for stakeholders, service providers, and suppliers.
- Support regional initiatives such as process changes, market transitions, audits, and technology rollouts from planning through execution.
- Prepare reports and insights on operational performance, supplier compliance, risks, and program outcomes.
- Apply AI, automation, and digital tools to streamline recurring tasks, improve accuracy, and drive efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years’ experience in contingent workforce management, HR operations, vendor management, or related fields.
- Proven track record in transformation, change management, or process‑excellence projects.
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools, automation, or emerging technologies to enhance productivity and workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience resolving operational issues requiring sound judgment and structured problem‑solving.
- Familiarity with managed service providers, staffing suppliers, vendor management systems, or HR platforms.
- Solid program coordination skills, including ownership of documentation, timelines, and follow‑through across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience supporting regional or multi‑country workforce programs, including supplier governance and due diligence.
