- Lead and manage daily operations of plating lines.

- Develop, optimize and control plating processes, chemical parameters, and bath maintenance.

- Troubleshoot plating defects and implement corrective and preventive action.

- Plan compliance with quality , environmental and safety management system.

- Plan and execute process improvement, cost reduction, and yield enhancement projects.

- Supervise and guide Engineer responsible for Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) and chemical Laboratory functions.

- Review WWTP performance, effluent compliance, and laboratory test result.

- Coordinate with production , Quality, and Maintenance teams to support manufacturing requirements.

- Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and work instructions.

- Support audits, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance related to plating and chemical usage.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,999.00 per month
