About the Role:

We are seeking a driven professional to spearhead the growth of our industrial robotics client business in Malaysia. This role combines strategic market development with hands-on customer engagement, requiring a proactive individual who can independently build the market from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

• Drive market entry and expansion initiatives for our industrial robot portfolio across Malaysia, aligning with annual performance targets.
• Design and implement localized sales strategies that respond to the unique dynamics of the Malaysian market, while actively acquiring new accounts.
• Translate the company's broader strategic vision into actionable channel development plans for Malaysia, including partner recruitment and network building.
• Engage with industry clients to understand their operational challenges, and provide technical solution recommendations that address their specific needs.
• Maintain disciplined sales operations by consistently updating CRM records, tracking progress against targets, and contributing to the continuous growth of our product's market share.

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Automation, or a related engineering discipline (engineering background strongly preferred).
• Professional fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop markets and manage customer relationships, with a solid understanding of the industrial control sector.
• A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a strong desire for continuous achievement and personal growth.
• Excellent interpersonal presence, a proactive learning attitude, and the resilience to thrive under pressure.
