We are looking for a hands-on and highly organised Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations across Retail, Production and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing and coordinating retail store operations and ensuring company standards are maintained.
Support production operations, including workflow, productivity, quality control and coordination with the production team.
Monitor daily operational issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them efficiently.
Support the implementation and improvement of SOPs, processes and workflows.
Assist with ongoing projects, operational improvements and new initiatives assigned by management.
Ensure deadlines, targets and assigned tasks are followed through.
Take on other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, retail, production, hospitality or a similar supervisory/management environment.
Previous experience managing or coordinating teams is preferred.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Able to multitask and manage changing priorities.
Hands-on, proactive and willing to get involved in day-to-day operations.
Comfortable working across different departments and locations when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Singaporeans / PRs preferred.
We’re looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. You should be resourceful, accountable, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
