· Reporting to Project Manager and the Management.

· Over-all in-charge of site planning, operation / activities and not limited to ERSS / excavation works and coordination.

· Ensure site access and logistic are in-order at all times.

· Oversee engineers, coordinators and supervisors to ensure all communication are crossed transmitted, in-order and each of them carry out their duties professionally on site. Conduct site meeting as and when required with regard to site & subcontractor issues.

· Ensures company ISO, safety, environment policies and procedures are adhered to. Ensure safety provision on site are in-order.

· To monitor and chase Structure, Architectural and M&E works to align work progress and catch-up with schedule.

· Closely monitoring of site progress and troubleshoot site constraints to expedite works. Performs routine site inspection to resolve site problems with the Engineers, Coordinators and Supervisors.

· Monitor and chase Contract & Purchase Department to award subcontractors/suppliers as and when require.

· To assist the construction of mock-up units and trade demonstration and align work quality.

· To carry out ad-hoc duties required by the company and on any projects as and when require.

Requirements:

- Min 7 years’ experience in construction environment or project-based work site
