What you’ll be doing



Leading the restaurant day to day and making sure service runs smoothly


Spending time on the floor with guests and your team


Coaching, developing and looking after the people you work with


Creating a warm, thoughtful and consistent guest experience


Working closely with the kitchen, bar and wider management team


Managing rostering, staffing and daily operational requirements


Taking ownership when things go wrong and finding sensible solutions


Paying attention to the small details that make a restaurant feel special


Helping create a workplace people actually enjoy coming to



Who we’re looking for



Experience managing a restaurant or leading a hospitality team


Someone warm, confident and comfortable talking to people


A hands-on manager who would rather help than point


Organised and calm when things get busy


Someone who cares about the guest experience and the people delivering it


Good communication and leadership skills


A genuine love of restaurants, food, drinks and hospitality
