Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall outlet operations, including pre-opening and post-opening activities.
• Coordinate Front-of-House, kitchen, customer service, HR and purchasing teams.
• Develop service standards, SOPs, management policies and staff training plans.
• Drive business targets, cost control, employee performance and service quality.
• Handle major customer complaints, operational issues and emergencies.
• Monitor outlet performance and recommend operational improvements.

Requirements

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager or managing large-scale restaurant operations.
• Experience in hotpot, high-end dining or hotel F&B operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and cost-control skills.
• Familiar with outlet setup, opening procedures and team building.
• Fluent in Mandarin; English or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Restaurant management: 2 years (Required)
