Role Description The Software Developer will contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of *************’s platform and related services. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing backend features, optimizing system performance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with product, design, and QA teams to deliver reliable releases. The role also involves writing clean, maintainable code, participating in code reviews, and helping improve development practices and tooling. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming, with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and debug complex issues.
• Comfort working in an on-site, cross-functional team environment and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, or no-code/low-code tools is an advantage.
