Customer Service Assistant |Immediate Start

Basic: UP TO $2800

Job Responsibilities

Operations

• Process orders accurately in accordance with operational procedures and requirements
• Handle documentation and system transactions for order processing and stock movements
• Update stock transfers and cargo receipts in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timely completion of operations

Customer Service

• Coordinate and implement appropriate solutions for logistics service delays or issues
• Prepare operational and customer reports accurately and on time
• Support the billing process and ensure accurate documentation

Job Requirements

• PC literate with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Prior experience in warehousing, logistics or customer service is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to start work immediately
