ROLE OVERVIEW:

The F&B Service Crew is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and high‑quality service to customers. The role requires a customer‑oriented mindset, teamwork, good personal grooming, and the ability to work on rotational shifts in a fast‑paced environment.

Our restaurant maintains a strict no‑pork, no‑beef, and no‑alcohol policy. We are committed to offering a menu that aligns with our values and customer preferences, ensuring a respectful and inclusive dining experience for all.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service

· Greet customers warmly and attend to their needs in a polite and professional manner

· Take orders accurately and provide product knowledge when required

· Serve food and beverages according to service standards

· Handle customer feedback or complaints calmly and escalate when necessary

· Ensure a positive dining experience for all customers

Operations & Service Support

· Assist with opening and closing duties

· Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations

· Support kitchen or bar team when required

· Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times

· Comply with company SOPs and service guidelines

Teamwork

· Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

· Be flexible to assist in different service areas when required

· Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues

Experience

· Entry level candidates are welcome; training will be provided

· Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
