Commerze Capital Sdn Bhd is a leading factoring company committed to providing innovative financial solutions to businesses across various industries. We seek a highly motivated and analytical Credit Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Credit Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing the creditworthiness of potential clients and managing risk effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess the creditworthiness of potential clients.
• Conduct due diligence on new and existing clients, including background checks, site visits, and industry analysis.
• Prepare credit proposals and recommendations for management approval.
• Monitor the financial performance of existing clients and identify potential risks.
• Maintain accurate credit files and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of credit policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in credit analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!
• 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably in a factoring, project financing, or related financial institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with factoring or any financing transactions.
• Knowledge of credit scoring models and risk management techniques.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements related to credit and finance.
