Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and smooth execution across outlets or departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations performance (sales, service, and productivity)
• Ensure SOP compliance across outlets or operational units
• Coordinate with different departments (HR, procurement, marketing)
• Manage inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management
• Identify operational issues and implement improvement plans
• Support outlet staff training and performance monitoring
• Prepare operational reports and analysis
• Ensure customer service standards are maintained

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in operations (F&B/retail preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel (if managing multiple outlets)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
