Job description :

• Provide general reception duties, including enquiries, greeting clients, reservation and confirming schedules
• Good customer service skills and professional telephone manner
• Provide customers with health service knowledge which enhance customer engagement
• Provide daily clerical and administrative support to any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

• F.7 or relevant qualification
• Candidates with customer service experience is preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
• Good knowledge in MS Excel & Word
• Pleasant cheerful personality, proactive, responsible, independent
• Immediate available is preferred
