Position: Junior Operation & Demand Planning Executive

Location: Selangor/Kuala Lumpur

Salary Range: RM 2800-RM 3500

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Junior Operation & Demand Planning Executive located in PJ, Selangor. The Junior Executive will be responsible to communicate with management to develop strategic operations goals. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of products to ensure product quality. Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. 

1. Identify new manufacturer and develop according to the customer’s request
2. Liaise with suppliers for quality-related issues and conduct supplier audit
3. Record and analyze vendor performance reports from incoming and complaints from customers
4. Handle complaints received from customers on quality issues
5. Make the selection and qualify the suitable vendor for contract manufacturers
6. Required to travel overseas to supervise and monitor product quality during the manufacturing process
7. Gather supplier quotations and select the suitable laboratory service for laboratory testing
8. Collect and consolidate sales forecasts, confirmed orders and market requirements to prepare monthly and rolling demand forecasts.
9. Coordinate production requirements with manufacturers/OEMs based on demand, inventory and confirmed orders.
10. Conduct audits and evaluations of existing and prospective manufacturers, OEMs and key suppliers.
11. Preferably with Food or Health Supplement Production/Manufacturing Line background.
