Cyber Security Specialist – Singapore

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Specialist to protect the organization’s IT infrastructure, applications, networks, and data from cyber threats. The role will be responsible for security monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, and implementation of cybersecurity controls in line with industry best practices and Singapore regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–15 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or SOC operations.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, network security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Good understanding of cloud security (AWS/Azure), IAM, networking, and security frameworks.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls and Singapore cybersecurity regulations is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or GIAC will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Singapore-based candidates or candidates with valid Singapore work authorization preferred.
