We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Actimize Developer with strong expertise in Actimize Intelligence Server (AIS), ActOne (Risk Case Manager), and Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, deploying, and supporting AML case management and regulatory reporting solutions on both traditional and cloud-native platforms. The role requires hands-on experience with Actimize development, cloud deployments, system integrations, and production support in a highly regulated banking environment.



About the Role



The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, deploying, and supporting AML case management and regulatory reporting solutions on both traditional and cloud-native platforms.



Responsibilities



  • Design, develop, configure, and support NICE Actimize solutions with a focus on AIS, ActOne, and CTR modules.
  • Develop and maintain AIS channels, web services, execution plans, business rules, and batch processing components.
  • Configure and customize ActOne workflows, case management processes, alert queues, work item views, and user access controls.
  • Design and implement CTR-specific functionality including filing workflows, validation rules, exemptions processing, and regulatory reporting enhancements.
  • Develop and support integrations between Actimize and upstream/downstream applications using APIs, database interfaces, messaging frameworks, and file-based integrations.
  • Lead technical design activities, perform impact assessments, develop technical specifications, and support end-to-end SDLC delivery.
  • Deploy, configure, and support Actimize applications in Azure cloud environments, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and operational stability.
  • Work closely with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, infrastructure-as-code, and environment management processes.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term remediation solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Compliance stakeholders, Operations teams, and vendors to deliver business and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in release planning, code reviews, production deployments, environment upgrades, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, support guides, and architecture artifacts.



Qualifications



7+ years of hands-on experience in NICE Actimize development with expertise in AIS and ActOne.



Required Skills



  • Strong experience implementing and supporting Actimize CTR (Currency Transaction Reporting) solutions within banking or financial services organizations.
  • Experience developing:
  • AIS Channels, AIS Execution Plans, AIS and RCM JAVA Plugins, Business Rules, Alert Processing and Workflow Automation
  • Strong working knowledge of ActOne configuration including case workflows, alert management, work item views, queues, user permissions, and security models.
  • Advanced SQL development and database performance tuning skills using Relational Database (PostgreSQL is preferred).
  • Experience with PostgreSQL administration, query optimization, indexing, stored procedures, partitioning strategies, and troubleshooting will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong Java/J2EE development experience, including web services, API integration, multithreading concepts, and application performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications on Microsoft Azure, including services such as:
  • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Azure Application Insights
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and/or Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar DevOps platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, secrets management, certificate management, role-based access control (RBAC), and enterprise deployment best practices.
  • Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical production environments with strong observability and operational monitoring capabilities.
  • Familiarity with AML, Financial Crime Compliance, Transaction Monitoring, CTR, SAR, KYC, and regulatory reporting processes.
