About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts for a themed exhibition. You will help drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer growth through digital and on‑ground initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and social platforms.
• Create and schedule social media content using tools like Canva, Adobe and other graphic design platforms.
• Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and visitor engagement.
• Maintain marketing calendars, documents, and ensure accuracy in all materials.
• Work closely with internal teams, partners, and vendors with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing; exposure to events industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic analytics.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiar with digital marketing tools and content creation platforms.
• Able to work on-site for event coverage, including weekends, public holidays and evenings when required.
