Job Overview:

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to employees and resolve day-to-day IT issues.

For scheduled visit: Every Monday

One year contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows, laptops, desktops, printers, and network connectivity.
• Support Microsoft 365, email, VPN, and other business applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and IT assets.
• Log and update incidents/tickets and follow up until resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support/Desktop Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and basic networking.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and resolve user issues efficiently.
