Job Description & Requirements

To provide general support to Marketing Department on overall local & export documentations and delivery arrangements.

Attend to local & export sales enquiries

Generate sales order, delivery orders and invoices

Acknowledge customer PO, liaising with local & export customers for delivery of goods

Processing phone sales order from local & export customers

Coordinate with Production Manager for availability & delivery date

To support and ensure all orders are fulfilled for customer at right quantities and right time

Preparation of local & export delivery documentations

Updating of sales order control record

Waste scrap, disposal and collection arrangement

Preparation of end month reports for local sales, export sales & outstanding orders

Sending and follow up sample and colour folder to customers

Handling customers’ complaint, and prepare complaint summary in monthly basis

Preparing and checking of all shipping documentations to ensure that they are complete & comply with export rules and regulations

Booking of cargo space & places insurance for shipments

Liaising with customers, forwarders and transporter, etc to coordinate and ensure timely delivery, shipment and collection of goods

Preparation of import & customs declaration for exports to overseas country

Preparation of all banking documents for negotiation under letter of credit

Other administrative roles for example filing, recording and etc as requested by the Marketing team
