• Customer Engagement:
• Greet and welcome customers to the dealership.
• Actively approach potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Build rapport and trust with customers through effective communication.
• Provide comprehensive product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and handling.
• Sales Process:
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
• Prepare and process sales contracts and paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Handle vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth and positive handover experience.
• Sales Administration:
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and sales strategies.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities, such as events, road shows, and social media campaigns.
• Generate leads and follow up on potential customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Passion for sales and customer service
• Proficiency in sales and CRM software
• Valid driving license
• Prior experience in automotive sales (preferred)
• Knowledge of Perodua products and industry trends
