Our Client Communications Executive should be someone who is super organized and great with people to manage our daily client accounts and keep operations running smoothly. If you thrive on building trust, solving problems fast, and making sure clients are always well taken care of, this position is a great fit.

Key Requirements

• Background in Business, Communications, Account Management, or similar fields.
• 1 to 3 years in a client-facing or account management role
• Reliable, details-focused, and comfortable dealing with multi-tasking and tight deadlines.
• Solid communication skills—able to present ideas clearly and handle client feedback professionally.
• Good grasp of account coordination, reporting, and basic project management flow.

Performed Tasks & Scope

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing daily queries and needs.
• Take down project briefs from clients, translate them into actionable timelines, and brief internal execution teams.
• Follow up on project timelines to ensure smooth delivery and maintain high quality standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and check-in meetings with clients to discuss campaign outcomes.
• Manage account administrative duties, including issuing project estimates, track billing statuses, and updating client logs.
• Look out for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing accounts.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
