Founded in 1982, the client operates two branches in Singapore, distributing hydraulic and pneumatic components from leading brands. They maintain a large warehouse and hose assembly workshop, aiming to exceed customer expectations through quality products and service.
Job Summary
To facilitate all incoming and outgoing emails to relevant departments and customers efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage daily email communications by filtering, printing, forwarding, and replying to ensure timely information flow within the company and with customers
Organize and file completed emails to maintain accurate and accessible records
Scan and create documents to support administrative and operational needs
Coordinate and share information between internal staff to enhance teamwork and workflow
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support diverse workplace interactions
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Email, and Outlook to perform daily administrative tasks
Positive working attitude with willingness to learn and adapt in a challenging environment
Education background from Polytechnic or local/overseas university is preferred but not mandatory
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Age preference from 20s to 50s (not a strict requirement)

Goals: To mature into a one-stop location for businesses sourcing for hydraulic and pneumatic components
