Key Responsibilities

Manage projects and programmes from start to finish, including scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks.

Lead, coach and develop project and technical teams.

Support team performance, recruitment and capability development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Act as the main escalation point for project and client issues.

Manage project finances, including budgets, forecasts, margins and resource utilisation.

Support presales activities such as solution design, effort estimation, proposals and tenders.

Promote effective project management methods, tools and best practices.

Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, financials, risks and issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

Minimum 12 years of IT industry experience and 5 years of experience managing large-scale application projects

Strong experience in project and programme management using Agile or hybrid methodologies.

Good understanding of project budgeting, forecasting and margin management.

Experience managing contracts, vendors and stakeholders.

Experience delivering web and mobile applications.

Good understanding of modern technology platforms and cloud technologies.

Experience managing project risks, issues and compliance.

Leadership & Communication Skills

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Ability to coach and develop project and technical teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM30,000.00 - RM390,000.00 per month
