Job Descriptions

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments and receipts.
• Prepare and process supplier, subcontractor and project-related payments.
• Verify invoices, supporting documents, purchase orders, delivery orders, work orders and relevant approvals before processing payments.
• Perform bank, supplier, customer and other account reconciliations.
• Assist in monitoring project expenses, cost allocation and cost centre transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records, including daily transactions, payments, and receipts.
• Support any ad-hoc tasks within the Finance team as needed.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in related field or position.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skill.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• ⁠Being familiar with IFCA software is an added advantage.
• Office Location: Penampang, Sabah

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
