Role Description The Outlet Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Pullman Kuching in Kuching. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistent service standards, product quality, and customer satisfaction. The Outlet Manager oversees staff scheduling, supervises team performance, and supports training to maintain a motivated and efficient workforce. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, managing cash and sales reports, implementing promotional activities, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. The role also involves collaborating with kitchen and other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and contributing to revenue optimization for the outlet.
Qualifications

  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of delivering positive guest experiences.
  • People Management skills, including supervising teams, coaching staff, and supporting performance development.
  • Effective Communication abilities for interacting with guests, team members, and cross-functional departments.
  • Practical experience with Inventory Management, cost control, and basic outlet financial reporting.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by hotel operations.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards relevant to food and beverage outlets.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) operations; familiarity with Accor systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
