We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, and building long-term relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential business accounts (F&B restaurants, caterers, Hotel/Hospitality industry).

Understand customer needs and provide suitable products and solutions.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations and orders.

Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities and opportunities.

Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets assigned.

Deliver excellent sales presentations that highlight the unique value proposition of our products.

Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market reach.

Collaborate closely with marketing, production and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels, Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

Minimum

1–2 years of relevant sales experience

.

Experience in the

seafood, F&B or hotel/hospitality industry

will be an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented.
