Job requirement

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Baan, MES, SMT equipment software.
• Understanding of the SMT Production environment.
• Preferably with SMT/ PCBA experience.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner.

Job Description

• To perform and plan SMT production programming follow company requirement.
• To resolve SMT machine programming problems, analyze the root cause of either existing or forecasting failures.
• To generate SMT new model program and support New Product Introduction.
• Debug and optimize SMT programs.
• Able to fine tune Component Part ID during new model launch.
• Program and maintain other SMT assigned equipment (Screen printers, Dispenser and Reflow ovens).
