We are seeking an experienced Offset Printer Operator with over 3 years of industry experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining offset printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials that meet client specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust offset printing presses according to job specifications, including ink mixing, plate installation, and registration adjustments.
• Monitor the printing process to ensure quality standards are met, making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the prepress and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality final products.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including job tickets, press settings, and maintenance logs.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies throughout the printing process.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in printing technology.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating offset printing presses.
• Proficiency in various types of offset printing equipment and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with prepress processes and color management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
