KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION

Functional / Technical

 Lead and mentor testing teams for functional testing, regression, automation, NFR for large Temenos T24

projects in the Private banking domain.

 Test planning and execution including the test design, data management, environment planning,

automation, non-functional testing, regression, defect management and test closure

 Review and analyse Business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope and

test plan.

 Work collaboratively with various team to achieve goals.

 Status reporting and able to drive the defect management across multiple teams.

 Proactively raise issues, risks and recommend optimal solutions.

 Work with the BA and Dev teams to drive even the upstream software quality (Requirements, Development

Solutions)

Skills Requirements Of The Position

Professional and Technical

Technical and Functional

 Minimum 15+ years of experience in test lead role for T24 projects, preferably with Private Banking

 Good knowledge of EOX domain

 Excellent knowledge of T24 modules for these domains

 Excellent knowledge of and exposure to testing of T24 integration, COB testing, Client output

 Excellent knowledge of SWIFT message testing, regulatory reports

 Expertise in financial accounting for all asset types

 Expertise in working on Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban / SAFE

 Good know how of JAVA and experience in Automation, DevOps is an advantage

 Understanding / Experience of Automation tools (Selenium) and DevOps concepts to drive Automation in

projects.

 Agile planning tools – JIRA, Confluence
