岗位职责
Roles &Responsibilities:
You will be the guardian of our operational integrity in the circular economy. Your role is critical in ensuring our material processing is accurate, compliant, and contributes to our sustainability goals.

Supply Chain Integrity & Verification:
Conduct independent,4-eyes principle verification of all material transactions by cross-checking weighbridge tickets, physical inspections, and payment vouchers.
·
Physical Quality Control:
Perform detailed physical inspections on incoming recyclable materials like metals, batteries, e-waste, and plastics. This involves identifying grades of copper, types of plastic, and preventing contamination in our processing streams.
·
Data Verification & Documentation:
Meticulously record and verify all material data (weights, types, sources) for accurate sustainability reporting. Maintain organized physical and digital records for audit trails.

Compliance & Audit Support:
Support management during internal and external audits (e.g., ISO, environmental regulations) by providing clear evidence of adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Job Requirements:

Physical Fitness:
The role requires being physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties in a warehouse and yard environment.
·
Experience:
Previous experience in a quality control, inspection, orverification role is highly desirable. Experience specifically in recycling, metal trading, logistics, or a warehouse environment is a strong advantage.
·
Skills:
Must have meticulous attention to detail, strong observational skills to detect inconsistencies, and basic mathematical skills for weight verification.
·
Integrity & Independence:
We need a responsible, proactive individual with high personal integrity who can work both independently and as part of a team.
·
Basic Computer Skills:
Required for record-keeping.
·
Communication:
Good communication skills are needed to collaborate effectively with the weighbridge operator, cashier, and operations team.

Must be at least a Bachelor's degree
