Salary Range:
Up to $4000(Commission + Bonus+ Medical + Dental)

Overtime:
1.5x rate provided

Bonus

: 1.5 - 2.0 months (higher for outstanding performers)

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Admin Assistant to support our Sales Manager in day-to-day sales operations and administrative duties. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, keeping things organised, and being the reliable link between sales, warehouse and customers.

You will:
Assist the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales coordination and customer follow-ups

Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and delivery orders

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and walk-in, and follow up on orders and payments

Liaise with the warehouse/logistics team to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules

Update and maintain customer records, sales data and basic inventory records

Assist in preparing simple sales reports for the Sales Manager

Support procurement and supplier coordination when required

Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and document management

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum GCE O-Level / Nitec / Diploma in any field

1–2 years of relevant experience in a sales support or admin role preferred; candidates without experience are welcome to apply

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Familiarity with invoicing/accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, MYOB) is a plus

Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with customers

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Able to work independently as well as part of a small team

Prior exposure to hardware, marine, or trading industries is an advantage but not required
