Role Description The Financial Analyst will work part time in a remote capacity, supporting ORAS in managing and interpreting financial data to guide strategic and operational decisions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial statements, preparing regular financial reports, and assisting in financial planning and budgeting for various services and projects. The role involves monitoring key financial metrics, identifying trends and risks, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with management to develop forecasts, evaluate new initiatives, and ensure accurate, timely financial information is available for decision-making.

- Candidates should possess proficiency in spreadsheet tools and financial modeling (e.g., Excel, financial analysis software).
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly to non-specialists.
- Prior experience in service-oriented or education/research-focused organizations is beneficial.
