Supply Chain Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the semiconductor contract manufacturing industry and will be able to effectively manage the sourcing and procurement of raw materials and components for our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage assigned commodities, including consumables, MRO items, spare parts, and project-related procurement
• Issue Purchase Orders and diligently follow up on deliveries, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders while maintaining confidentiality
• Source new suppliers and negotiate contracts
• Manage the supplier relationship management process
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to expedite tasks and achieve timely completion, respecting confidentiality requirements
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
• Work with other departments to ensure that the sourcing and procurement meets the needs of the business
• Proactively identify potential challenges and risks before they arise and develop strategies to mitigate them

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and industry best practices
• Experience with sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and risk management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
