We’re looking for a detail-oriented and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and contracts from inception through to completion. The role is responsible for ensuring cost efficiency, financial control, and contractual compliance across projects, while supporting successful and timely project delivery.

What you'll be doing:

Tender Administration

• Attend briefing with clients to understand project tender scope.
• Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities (BQ) for project tenders.
• Preparation of accurate Cost Estimates for commercial & retail projects.
• Ensure accurate costing into NetSuite administration.
• Ensure tender submission dates are adhered to.

Cost control & Profit Reporting

• Coordinate with Projects Team & Designers for costing related matters.
• Check & verify subcontractor's claims.
• Upkeep accurate Project VOs administration.

Aftersales Servicing

• Provide aftersales servicing quotation to clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying in Main contractor or a related field.
• Possess knowledge for local form of contracts (i.e. PSSCOC, SIA & etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
