PREFERRED EXPERIENCES

• Minimum 5 years of experiences in the Semiconductor industry, with significant hands-on experiences in ATE Memory BIST (MBIST) testing and validation.

• Experiences must include technical and specialized knowledge in the areas below:

o Strong understanding of ATE BIST test methodologies and silicon test development practices.

o Experience in Memory Testing (ATE MBIST) test pattern development, and debug experience (memory repair, diagnostic, algorithm pattern validation).

o Hands-on experience with industry-standard MBIST and DFT tools for ATE MBIST testing, such as Siemens Tessent, Synopsys, or Mentor MBIST solutions.

o Strong debug experience in MBIST silicon bring up from pre-silicon to ATE post-silicon validation, including test-development, test debug, yield improvement, ATE characterization, and test-time reduction.

o Strong ATE & test class/method development experience with Advantest 93k SMT7 and SMT8.

o Proficiency in data-driven analysis, including characterization data, repair, and diagnosis analysis.

o Strong Python/Ruby/Java/Perl/C++ coding skills

• Proactive with ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.

• Strong debug and problem-solving skills with demonstrated technical ownership and drive to close complex debug issues.

• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Design, ATE and manufacturing teams.
