About the role

This is a Database Administrator (DBA) role focused on maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing production databases across MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis platforms. You will design high-availability database architectures, ensure stable uninterrupted operation, and support business growth through database performance optimization and new technology implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, back up, and troubleshoot production databases and their operating systems to ensure stable, uninterrupted operation

• Plan, design, and implement high-availability database architectures for MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis; establish standardized database management practices

• Conduct performance analysis, SQL tuning, and troubleshooting of locking and transaction issues; optimize read/write splitting to support high-concurrency scenarios and prevent major production incidents

• Review and deploy database code for new business launches, and design data models

• Introduce new technologies and middleware, plan data lifecycle and hot/cold data separation to meet evolving business needs

• Write database deployment, operations, and training documentation

About you

• Associate degree or above

• 3+ years of DBA experience

• In-depth knowledge of MySQL's internal architecture and principles

• Familiar with high-availability architecture design for MongoDB, Redis, and MySQL, with solid experience in database fault tolerance

• Deep understanding of performance optimization, SQL tuning, and locking/transaction issues

• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining read/write splitting under high concurrency

• Ability to ensure sub-second query performance for billion-row tables at tens of thousands of QPS through data architecture optimization and middleware adoption

• Familiarity with microservices and globally distributed deployments with data synchronization

• Experienced in hot/cold data separation and data lifecycle planning

• Cross-border logistics industry experience (e.g., systems for logistics, warehousing, line-haul transportation, pickup and delivery) is a plus
